KA153 · Training Course
Training courses for youth workers and educators on various topics, including the design of new Erasmus+ projects.
What are Erasmus+ training courses?
These training courses are part of the youth worker mobility program, an Erasmus+ initiative designed for those who work with young people on a daily basis: educators, youth leaders, trainers, teachers, and volunteers from organizations. Professionals from various European countries come together to update their knowledge, exchange ideas, and share methods on a common theme.
The topics vary from project to project: inclusion, youth participation, the environment, communication, well-being, and digital skills. One of our favorites is Erasmus+ project design: learning how to write a grant proposal, build a partnership, and turn an idea into a funded project.
Here, too, the approach is based onnon-formal education: workshops, simulations, group work, and moments of reflection, in which each participant contributes their own experience and returns home with practical tools to use immediately with the young people they work with. With Sinodía, every stage is carefully guided— from preparation to the return home—and the skills acquired are recognized with the Youthpass certificate.
Who can participate? Youth workers, educators, trainers, and staff members of associations, organizations, and schools who work with young people and wish to develop professionally in a European context.
